  • We provide expert QuickBooks Online setup for startups that have already created their legal entity, including a customized chart of accounts and coaching on how to connect your bank accounts. Our service also includes 1:1 coaching after set up so you can manage your finances effectively from day one.

  • When you sign up for our startup package, you'll receive an active QuickBooks subscription and how-to support from our team. We also provide 1:1 coaching after the initial QuickBooks setup and offer special startup rates for month-end bookkeeping, with flexible options to extend services quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. At this level, cash basis accounting is sufficient unless clients are looking for the ability to forecast more efficiently.

    All meetings are billed at our standard advisory hourly rate, unless hours are specifically included in your service package.
